The NorCal Portfolio is comprised of 21 office and industrial assets in Marin and Sonoma counties. The portfolio was acquired pursuant to a 363 Bankruptcy Sale, alongside 39 multifamily properties (affiliate company Hamilton Zanze is managing the apartments) via a joint venture with Davidson Kempner. The commercial assets were acquired at 65% occupancy. The properties will undergo varying levels of repositioning and will be leased up to market levels.
